Shipping Policies

It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service and delivery.

Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible usually within 24 hours.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind
when selecting your shipping options.

We ship via UPS for both domestic and international deliveries.

We can ship via USPS by special request, but can accept no responsibility for tracking or delivery problems. Please contact us directly to arrange for this service.

Major International Shipments

For major international shipments, we work with Kuehne & Nagel. If you have an account with another freight forwarder, we will be happy to arrange and coordinate your shipment for best results.

We work with the major courier services internationally and domestically. If you have a preference or hold an account with a particular courier, please feel free to specify and quote your account number, and we will arrange dispatch for you.
