The easiest way to order from us is through our website. This site contains our most complete and up-to-date catalog as well as a "Shopping Cart" system that allows you to quickly order the items you select. To place your order online all you have to do is find the products you want, place them in your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are ready to checkout, click on the “Submit Order” button.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
When you place your order online your credit card is authorized. The funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and use the correct zip code, avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your account.
Please note that all payment methods are subject to verification and review by Plant Extracts International Inc., which reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected or actual fraud or unauthorized activity. It is important that you provide a valid email address and phone number when you place your order in case we need to verify any information, as well as provide you tracking information on your order.
1. We will ship USPS, UPS Express International or DHL, based on lowest cost.
When we ship using the U.S. Postal system, there is no guarantee of package delivery or system to track the delivery of a package outside the USA. Liquids shipped over 16 ounces may have extra shipping charges and may take longer for delivery.
2. A payment by cashiers check or money order must be payable from a US Bank in US currency.
3. When paying with a credit card you must provide us with the name of the Banking institution from which your credit card was issued and their telephone number. This information is usually on the back of your credit card. We need this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid, in good standing and that the proper owner of the card authorizes this order.
4. You must provide us with the additional last three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your card for verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that the proper owner of the card authorizes this order.
5. You must agree to accept all responsibility for non-delivery of product because of local mail fraud, theft, or package disappearance outside of the USA. This is very unlikely with UPS Express, which is fully insured with tracking #s included with every shipment.

You can also order via Postal Mail with a money order. Print out your shopping cart when you have selected all your products. Keep in mind that using our website is the most efficient way to place an order and mail orders can take longer to be processed.

Items returned for refund must be new, unopened, and in resaleable condition, and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
