This site features our products and a Shopping Cart system. To place an order, find the products you want, place them in your cart by clicking on the green Add to Shopping Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, click on View ORDER. Enter your zip code in the DELIVERY ZIP CODE box, and click the red Calulate Postage button. Then, click on the red button Check Out using: PayPal, Visa, Discover, MasterCard or Amex. There you can choose to pay with your PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card. Order by Telephone or Mail
If you prefer, we can also take your order by telephone, email to info@plantextractsinc.com, or through postal mail. Call us at 877-999-4236, or send written correspondence to Plant Extracts International Inc., 600 11th Avenue South, Hopkins MN 55343. We will contact you for order confirmation and payment details. Please provide a telephone number in case we need to verify any information, and an email address so that we can forward tracking information to you.
Payment Methods
We take our customers' security and privacy very seriously. For that reason we have chosen to have all online payments processed by PayPal. Through PayPal, we also accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note that all payment methods are subject to verification by Plant Extracts International Inc., which reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of order due to suspected or actual fraud or unauthorized activity.

Sales Tax
We currently only charge sales tax on online orders delivered to Minnesota addresses.
Return Policy
An item returned for refund must be returned within 30 days from invoice date; item must be new, unopened, in resaleable condition; and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Either email info@plantextractsinc.com or call 877-999-4236 to request an RMA number. Once your return is received and approved we will contact you with the amount of credit you are due.
We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Plant Extracts International. We can not accept for refund a returned product that was purchased from a reseller.
